Return Window

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:


- Item must be unused
- In original packaging


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@kratosports.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Once approved, we’ll send you:


-A return shipping label

-Clear instructions on next steps
